1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Upcycle Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Vendor Registration & Shop Setup

• To sell on Upcycle Collective, vendors must register and set up a shop.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with our marketplace guidelines.

3. Sales & Commission

• Upcycle Collective charges a 20% commission on every sale made through the platform.
• The vendor receives 80% of the total sale amount after deductions.
• Payments will be processed within 2 hours after successful delivery confirmation.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products to the customer.
• Vendors must use reliable delivery methods and update customers on the status of their orders.
• Failure to deliver products as promised may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Vendors must clearly outline their return and refund policies.
• If a product is damaged or does not match the description, the vendor must resolve the issue with the buyer.

6. Product Quality & Authenticity

• All products listed must be upcycled and meet quality standards.
• Vendors must not list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

7. Account Termination

• Upcycle Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to deliver orders consistently.

8. Changes to Terms

Upcycle Collective may update these Terms of Service periodically. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
